摘要
构建战略制导的绩效管理体系,向服务问“效”是未来公共图书馆转型发展的必然要求。本文以金陵图书馆为例,对该馆全民阅读活动开展现状及现行活动考核评价办法进行梳理分析,并以平衡记分卡为视角,重构了全民阅读活动绩效评价模型。
Constructing a strategically guided performance management system and requesting"efficiency"in service is an inevitable requirement for the transformation and development of public libraries in the future.This paper takes Jinling Library as an example,analyzes the current situation of the library's national reading activities and the current activity assessment methods,and reconstructs the performance evaluation model of the national reading activities from the perspective of balanced scorecard.
