Study on the difficulties about local highway PPP projects in poor areas

在高质量发展和建设交通强国的重大机遇下,地方高速公路作为有收益项目,以PPP模式操作是很好的选择。本文以某贫困地区3条地方高速公路PPP项目为工程背景,结合具体实施过程中遇到的困难和总结的经验,提出针对PPP项目实施的相关思考和建议,以供类似项目参考。

Under the great opportunity of high-quality development and building a transportation power,local expressways,as profitable projects,are a good choice to operate in PPP mode.Based on the PPP projects of three local expressways in a poor area,and the difficulties encountered in the process of implementation and the summarized experience,this paper puts forward relevant thinking and Suggestions for the implementation of PPP projects for reference of similar projects.
