摘要
现在中高职院校对学生的教学从过去的理论教学向理实一体化过度,但由于专业导致钣金课程耗材一直是该专业不可避免要面对的问题,在以往的钣金一体化教学中,我们采取了循环利用的理念,尽可能的节约耗材的消耗,成效不是特别明显。最近随着科学技术的发展,计算机芯片拥有了更高的计算能力,虚拟现实(VR)技术的不断成熟,正好可以满足钣金专业理实一体化教学中对于操作工艺流程的展示反馈的要求。可以说这项技术的应用可以改变汽车钣金一体化课程很大程度的摆脱受到耗材限制的模式,并使教师重新定义对信息化教学应用于专业课实操教学的重要性。
At present,the teaching of students in secondary and higher vocational colleges has transitioned from theoretical teaching in the past to the integration of theory and practice.However,due to the major,the sheet metal course consumables have always been an unavoidable problem for this major.In China,we have adopted the concept of recycling,saving the consumption of consumables as much as possible,and the effect is not particularly obvious.Recently,with the development of science and technology,computer chips have gained higher computing power,and the continuous maturity of virtual reality(VR)technology can just meet the requirements for the display and feedback of the operation process in the integrated teaching of sheet metal science and practice.It can be said that the application of this technology can change the automotive sheet metal integration curriculum to a large extent to get rid of the mode of being restricted by consumables,and enable teachers to redefine the importance of informatization teaching in the practical teaching of professional courses.
