In recent years,China’s automobile industry has achieved sustained and rapid development.In order to better promote energy conservation and the healthy development of new energy vehicles,relevant national ministries and commissions issued and updated the“Parallel Management of Average Fuel Consumption of Passenger Car Companies and New Energy Vehicle Credits”“Methods”and other policies,(hereinafter referred to as“double points policy”).After introducing its definition and impact in detail,the article focuses on the analysis of the development trend of the“double points policy”,which provides a certain reference value for passenger car companies to interpret this policy.
