摘要
主要介绍新能源汽车动力总成轻量化悬置路谱载荷采集过程,及动力总成悬置路谱载荷时域信号处理和缩减分析;研究悬置路谱载荷缩减对橡胶损伤和试验成本的价值,为后续新能源动力总成悬置系统选型和平台化提供参考依据。
The article mainly introduces the process of light-weight mounts road spectrum load acquisition of new energy vehicle powertrain,and timedomain signal processing and reduction analysis of powertrain mount road spectrum load.The article also studies the value of mount road spectrum load reduction to rubber damage and test cost providing reference for the selection and plat formulation of the follow-up new energy powertrain mounting system.
