摘要
将汽车天窗设计成太阳能天窗,不仅可以为车载蓄电池充电,而且为汽车轻量化设计提供一个新的方向。本文分析了汽车太阳能天窗的结构,使用ANSYS软件对太阳能天窗的横梁,进行了静态强度分析与校核,并拟定了改进方案。对主要设计参数进行了优化与改进,最终实现横梁部件的结构优化和轻量化。
Changing the car sunroof into a solar sunroof can not only charge the car battery,but also provide a new direction for the lightweight design of the car.This paper analyzes the structure of the automobile solar sunroof,uses ANSYS software to analyze and check the static strength of the beam of the solar sunroof,and draws up an improvement plan.The main design parameters have been optimized and improved,and finally the structural optimization and lightweight of the beam components are realized.
