浅谈半挂车“瘦身”设计

随着国家对治超力度的不断加大,“计重收费”的大环境下,半挂车轻量化也越来越受到重视和关注,“减重”成为当下专用汽车研究的热点之一。通过优化车辆结构设计、应用新材料,尽可能降低车辆重量,达到减重、降耗、节能环保、安全的目的。本文为轻量化半挂车设计者提供了参考,可减少设计中问题的发生,提高产品的合理性。

With the increase of China’s control of the oversize trailer,under the environment of"weighing and charging",the lightweight of trailer is gaining more and more attention and focus,and"weight reduction"has become one of the hot topics in the research of special purpose vehicles.Through the optimization of vehicle structure design,and the application of new materials,vehicle weight is reduced as far as possible,so as to achieve the purposes of weight reduction,reduction of consumption,energy conservation,environmental protection,and safety.This paper provides a reference for designers of lightweight trailer,which can reduce the problems in design and improve the rationality of the product.
