摘要
为了研究耐久路面工况下白车身关键接头截面上各个零件的真实受力分布情况,本文提出了一种白车身关键接头截面几何域载荷分布研究。通过多体动力学载荷分解方法得到真实的耐久路面工况,在此工况下结合截面几何域的建立方法和有限元准静态计算方法得到白车身关键接头截面在几何域的载荷分布情况,并验证得到的接头截面几何域载荷的一致性。本研究为车身设计及优化提供了量化载荷的指导,对更好的进行汽车车身设计具有重要的意义。
In order to study the actual stress distribution of each part on the key joint section of the body in white(BIW)under the condition of durable road surface,a load distribution study in the geometric domain of BIW key joint section was proposed in this paper.The real durable pavement condition is obtained by multi-body dynamic load decomposition method.Under this condition,the load distribution in the geometric domain of the body key joints is obtained by combining the method of establishing the section geometry domain and the finite element quasi-static calculation method,and the accuracy of the load obtained in the section geometry domain is verified.This study provides quantitative load guidance for vehicle body design and optimization,which is of great significance for better vehicle body design.
