国家测绘成果档案存储与管理总体设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Storage and Management System for National Surveying and Mapping Achievement Archives

测绘成果档案在国家建设及发展中发挥着重要的作用。近年来,我国的测绘技术取得了长足的发展,但与之相对的是测绘成果档案储存、保护、分发等整体水平相对落后。基于我国测绘成果档案的特点,分析了目前存储与管理技术流程上的缺陷,设计并实现了集成果档案存储、管理、分发服务、业务办公、数据管理、网络安全保密及运行支持为一体的管理系统,有效解决了当前测绘档案管理手段落后、流程分散、效率低下的问题,为后续的发展奠定了基础。

The surveying and mapping achievement archives play an important role in national construction and development.Comparing with the rapid development of the technologies of surveying and mapping in China,the storage,protection and distribution abilities of the surveying and mapping achievements archives are relatively lagged behind.To solve these problems,we analyze the disadvantages of current technological flow of surveying and mapping achievement archives.Then we design and implement a new system,which provides functions of storage,management and distribution of archives,online business,data management,network security and operation support.The system helps improve the efficiency,sustainability and integration degree of surveying and mapping achievements archives management.
