关于提升天绘一号系列卫星服务能力的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Improving the Service Ability of TH-01 Satellites

天绘一号系列卫星是我国独立自主获取境外遥感影像资料的主要手段之一,为高精度境外立体测绘提供了可靠支撑。天绘一号系列经历了3颗卫星的迭代发展,技术体系日渐成熟。但是,随着我国境外测图广域性、现势性、精准性要求不断提升,天绘一号卫星影像在生产中暴露出一定的短板与不足。以影像应用单位的视角,通过长期的经验积累,总结凝练出天绘卫星影像应用于生产作业亟需提升的重要问题,涵盖数据质量、资源获取、服务保障3个层面,为天绘系列卫星发展升级提供有效的用户反馈。

TH-01 satellites are the main tools for China to independently acquire the remote sensing image data from abroad and provide reliable support for high-precision overseas stereoscopic mapping.TH-01 satellites has the iterative development of three satellites,and their technical system is becoming more and more mature.However,there are some shortcomings in the production of TH-01satellites.From the perspective of the image application unit and according to abundant practical experiments,this paper summarizes the important issues of the application of satellite image in production operations,including data quality,resource acquisition and service guarantee,so as to provide effective user feedback for the development and upgrading of satellite image series.
