摘要
针对地理国情普查和地理国情监测项目生产组织管理的各环节工作流程,将矢量切片和工作流引擎技术引入研发过程,形成一套完整的、基于行政区划、生产单元或多比例尺图幅等地理信息要素,具有任务管理、进度管理、综合统计、在线标图、文档管理、系统管理、移动端报送和查看等功能的地理国情监测项目管理体系,对各承担单位的生产性和工作性任务进行计划与进度的管理,实现上一级管理者对所属项目的综合管理与监控,对提升项目管理的信息化水平具有重大意义。
For the workflow of census and monitoring of national geographic conditions,we have developed a system based on the and vector tiles and workflow engine technology.A complete set of geographic national condition census and monitoring project management system was formed by geographic information elements such as administrative divisions and multi-scale maps.The system consists of task management,progress management,comprehensive statistics,online mapping,document management,system management and app functions.Relevant managers can supervise and control specific projects through this system,which is of great significance to improve the informationization level of project management.
