摘要
伴随着近年来我国跳远运动的不断崛起,以及每年赛事的增多和训练水平的提高,比赛的竞争性、运动员的疲劳程度日益增加。本文在查阅大量国内外文献资料的基础上,将所得重要信息进行整合,发现跳远运动员容易发生运动损伤的部位主要集中在踝关节、膝关节、大腿后群肌及腰部肌肉群,且表现出高发性和集中性特征。从生物力学角度分析易导致运动损伤的原理,并提出预防对策和建议。为广大跳远运动员、教练员以及田径爱好者提供详细的参考,尽量减少在训练及比赛中出现的伤病问题。
With the continuous rise of the long jump in China in recent years,as well as the increase of the annual competitions and the improvement of the training level,the competition and fatigue of the athletes are increasing day by day.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper integrates the important information obtained,and finds that the parts of long jump athletes prone to sports injury are mainly concentrated in ankle joint,knee joint,posterior group of thigh and waist muscle group,and show high incidence and concentration characteristics.From the biomechanical point of view,this paper analyzes the principle of sports injury,and puts forward the preventive measures and suggestions.To provide detailed reference for the broad jump athletes,coaches and track and field fans,to minimize injury problems in training and competition.
