摘要
本文运用文献综述法对群体效应的内涵进行解析,并对其引导下的普通高校排球教学方法的创新路径进行探讨。研究认为,通过对具有激发与唤醒作用的新型教学方法的研创与运用,能够有效改善因应试教育思想制约而导致的学生排球学习状态低迷的现状,激发学生排球学习的兴趣,产生积极的群体效应,这对于推进普通高校排球教学改革的发展,具有重要的现实意义。
This paper analyzes the connotation of group effect with the method of literature review,and probes into the innovative path of volleyball teaching method under its guidance.The research shows that through the research and application of the new teaching methods which have the function of arousing and arousing,it can effectively improve the current situation of students’ low learning state of volleyball caused by the restriction of examination oriented education thoughts,stimulate students’ interest in volleyball learning,and produce positive group effect,which is of great practical significance for promoting the development of volleyball teaching reform in colleges and universities.
