高校跨栏教学的影响因素与发展对策研究

摘要 本文采用文献资料法、调查法对高校跨栏教学现状进行调查研究,研究发现高校跨栏跑教学现状却并不乐观,教师教学面临困境。影响跨栏教学的因素主要集中在学生的身体素质、心理素质、学习兴趣;教师的教学方法、手段、综合素养等。促进高校跨栏教学发展的对策:锻炼学生的意志品质;优化学生的心理;有针对性地提高学生的身体素质;优化教学手段;注重提升教师的综合素养。 This paper investigates the current situation of hurdling teaching in colleges and universities by means of literature and investigation,and finds the current situation of hurdling teaching in colleges and universities is not optimistic,and facing difficulties in teaching.The factors influencing hurdling teaching mainly focus on students’physical quality,psychological quality and learning interest.Teachers’teaching methods,means,comprehensive quality and so on.Countermeasures to promote the development of hurdling teaching in colleges and universities:to train students’volitional quality;Optimize students’psychology;Targeted to improve the physical quality of students;Optimizing teaching methods;Focus on improving teachers’comprehensive quality.
