随着高职体育教育的持续性改革,高职体育的教育理念、方式及途径均在不断的改变创新。为了更好地适应教育发展的要求,持续强化学生的身体素质,篮球的应用有着较高的应用价值,教学中不仅具备较好的娱乐性,同时对于学生的身体锻炼帮助也非常突出。对此,为了更好地提高高职体育教学质量,本文简要分析高职院校篮球训练中学习和掌握规则的必要性,希望可以为相关教师提供帮助。

With the continuous reform of higher vocational physical education,the ideas,methods and ways of higher vocational physical education are constantly changing and innovating.In order to better adapt to the requirements of educational development and continuously strengthen the physical quality of students,the application of basketball has high application value.It not only has good entertainment in teaching,but also has outstanding help for physical exercise of students.In this regard,in order to better improve the quality of physical education in higher vocational colleges,this paper briefly analyzes the necessity of learning and mastering rules in basketball training in higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide help to relevant teachers.
