日本义务教育体育教师的职后培养研究

日本义务教育体育教师的职后培养基于终身教育理念,取得了世界认可的成就。而我国义务教育体育教师职后培养方面相对传统与滞后,所以研究日本义务教育体育教师的职后培养对我国有一定的借鉴意义。本文阐述了日本义务教育体育教师职后培养的发展成就,梳理了其职后培养的措施、内容等,并提出了日本义务教育体育教师职后培养方面我国可以借鉴之处。

Japan’s compulsory education PE teachers’ post-service training is based on the concept of lifelong education and has made great achievements in the world,but our country falls behind in this aspect by contrast.So the study of Japan’s compulsory education physical education teachers post-job training for Our country has a certain reference significance.The development and achievements of post-service education for physical education teachers are elaborated in this pater.Trying to untangle the measures and elements,and puts forward our country can use for reference.
