乡村振兴视角的农业高质量发展测度研究

Research on the measurement of agricultural high qualitydevelopment from the perspective of rural revitalization

以乡村振兴战略视角的农业高质量发展为切入点,测度新时代中国农业高质量发展水平并分析其空间分布规律,以构建面向新时代农业现代化高质量发展水平测评体系为基础,采用熵权灰色关联法进行实证研究,得出我国不同省份农业高质量发展各子系统水平的分布特征,构建了我国各省份确保粮食安全、优化农业结构、完善市场机制、促进农业经济、创新驱动发展、完善基础设施、传承传统文化、建设生态文明、促进治理有效、发展成果惠民10个方面75个指标的农业高质量发展水平测度体系,并针对实证研究结论,结合各区域、各省份的实际情况,提出了针对性政策建议与对策,为把脉新时代农业高质量发展水平分布规律,推动各区域、各省份农业高质量协同发展,提供理论依据。

From the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,this paper measures the development level of high-quality agriculture in China in the new era and analyzes its spatial distribution.Based on the construction of the evaluation system of high-quality development level of agricultural modernization in the new era,this paper uses the entropy weight grey correlation method to conduct empirical research,and obtains the sub-systems of high-quality development of agriculture in different provinces of China According to the distribution characteristics of the level,a measurement system of agricultural high-quality development level has been set up,which consists of 75 indicators in 10 aspects,including ensuring food security,optimizing agricultural structure,improving market mechanism,promoting agricultural economy,innovation driven development,improving infrastructure,inheriting traditional culture,building ecological civilization,promoting effective governance,and benefiting the people with development achievements Combined with the actual situation of each region and each province,the paper puts forward the targeted policy suggestions and countermeasures,which provides a theoretical basis for understanding the distribution law of high-quality development level of agriculture in the new era and promoting the coordinated development of high-quality agriculture in each region and each province.
