摘要
实时数据通信系统作为核应急中非常重要的技术支撑,为核应急现场和指挥中心提供了重要监测数据以及指挥决策信息等实时通信和交互的渠道。考虑到核应急中数据信息的重要性,本文提出基于对称加密算法AES和非对称加密算法RSA的核应急安全数据通信系统。该系统通过高效安全的AES对称加密技术对通信数据进行加密,以彻底保证核应急数据信息网络传输的安全性。RSA的公钥加密机制可以实现高效、安全的密钥共享。本文通过分析,证明了该系统能在不降低核应急通信系统效能的基础上,提供安全、高效的核应急数据信息交互安全解决方案。
As a very important technical support in nuclear emergency preparedness,the real-time data com⁃munication system provides important monitoring data and command decision information and other real-time communication and interaction channels for nuclear emergency response site and command center.This paper presents a nuclear emergency safety data communication system based on symmetric encryption algorithm AES and asymmetric encryption algorithm RSA.The system encrypts the communication data through AES symmet⁃ric encryption technology,which is efficient and safe,so as to guarantee the safety of the transmission of nucle⁃ar emergency data and information.RSA public key encryption mechanism can realize efficient and secure key sharing.Through analysis,this paper proves that the system can provide a safe and efficient solution for the in⁃teraction of nuclear emergency data and information without reducing the effectiveness of the nuclear emergen⁃cy communication system.
