摘要
介绍了QT400-15A大型鼓风机铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺,通过合理选取化学成分,采用重RE球化剂以及含Ba、Bi的孕育剂,采取倒包冲入法球化处理及多次多元微量复合孕育处理工艺,使转运包的前期孕育处理与球化包后期的孕育处理互为强化,保证了铸件的单位面积石墨球数,细化了铁素体,促使了石墨球更圆整、更细,生产出了力学性能优于QT400-15A的铸态高伸长率大型鼓风机球墨铸铁件。
The casting structure and technical requirements of a large QT400-15A nodular iron blower casting was introduced,its production process was described in detail.By rationally choosing chemical compositions,using heavy RE nodularizing agent and Ba,Bi-containing inoculants,adopting reladling pour-over nodularizing treatment process and multiple times and multi-element trace composite inoculation process,to mutually strengthen the prophase inoculation of transfer ladle and later inoculation of the nodularizing ladle,the graphite nodules per unit area was guaranteed,the ferrite was refined,promoted the graphite nodules more round,more small,and thereby the large high as-cast elongation nodular iron blower casting having mechanical properties better than QT400-15A was successfully produced.
