摘要
介绍了2.5 MW风电轮毂铸件的结构及技术要求,从原材料选用、铁液化学成分、球化处理、多次孕育处理等方面进行了详细介绍,并阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺设计:利用石墨化膨胀原理实现无冒口铸造,采用整体砂芯配专用芯骨工艺,减少铸件产生夹砂的可能,确保铸件尺寸的均匀稳定,引用陶瓷管、过滤网及低温快浇工艺消除一次、二次夹渣的产生,使生产的铸件金相组织、常温力学性能、-40℃低温冲击性能均符合技术要求,并通过了磁粉检测和超声波探伤,分别达到欧标EN 1369-3二级和EN 12680-3二级标准。
Casting structure and technical requirements of the 2.5 MW wind power hub were introduced.A detail introduction was conducted from raw materials selection,chemical composition of iron liquid,nodularizing treatment to multiple inoculation,and the casting method design was described:using graphitization expansion principle realized riserless casting,using integral sand core matched with special core bone reduced scab defect possibility,ensured casting dimensions to be uniform and stable,adopting ceramic tube and low temperature-fast pouring process eliminated primary and secondary slags formation,as a result,the metallurgical structure,normal temperature mechanical properties,-40℃low temperature impact properties of the castings met the technical requirements,and passed magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing,reached 2-grade of Europe standard EN 1369-3 and 2-grade of EN 12680-3 respectively.
