输出轴壳体铸件的成型工艺开发

摘要 介绍了输出轴壳体的结构特点以及多处环状孤立热节的工艺难点,列举了该件原生产工艺及存在的问题,详细阐述了采用横型竖浇工艺和压边冒口浇注补缩方法,从工艺方面解决了输出轴壳体多处孤立环状热节以及法兰厚大部位缩孔、缩松的缺陷,提高了输出轴壳体的铸件质量,降低了废品率,减少了生产成本;工艺出品率由原来的62%提高到86%,效益显著;采用输出轴壳体横型竖浇造型翻转装置,操作简单方便,便于维护,有效改善了造型生产作业条件,显著提高了生产效率,降低了操作劳动强度。 The structural characteristics of the output shaft shell and the process difficulties of multiple ring-shaped isolated hot spots were introduced.The original production process and existing problems of the piece were listed.The filling method of horizontal type,vertical pouring process and the blanking riser pouring were elaborated in detail.The defects of multiple isolated ring shape hot spots and shrinkage and porosity in the output shaft shell were solved from the technical aspect.The quality of the output shaft shell casting was improved.It reduced the scrap rate,and production cost.The process production rate was increased from 62%to 86%,and the benefit was remarkable.The output shaft shell horizontal type-vertical pouring molding turnover device was used,which was simple and convenient to operate,easy to maintain.It effectively improved the molding production operating conditions,significantly improved production efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of operation.
