摘要
介绍了DISA线生产的汽车转向节铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺及存在的问题,利用MAGMA数值模拟软件辅助分析铸件的凝固过程。采取以下措施:(1)针对减震器孔的缩孔,新增#2补缩冒口,冒口直径为4 cm;(2)针对ABS面安装孔的缩孔,将#1和#3的冒口颈模数由3.1 mm增至4.2 mm。生产结果显示:在DISA线进行的5轮工艺试验中,每批次随机抽取左右各3件铸件进行解剖,均未出现缩孔缺陷,跟踪铸件后续加工的结果,也未发现缩孔缺陷。
The structure and technical requirements of automotive steering knuckle castings produced by the DISA line were introduced.The casting process and existing problems of the casting were elaborated.The solidification process of the casting was analyzed with the help of MAGMA numerical simulation software.The following measures had been taken:(1)For the shrinkage of the shock absorber hole,a#2 riser with a diameter of 4 cm was added.(2)For the shrinkage of the ABS surface mounting hole,#1 and#3 riser neck modulus were increased from 3.1 mm to 4.2 mm.The production results showed that in the 5 rounds of process tests conducted on the DISA line,three castings from the left and the right parts were randomly selected for dissection in each batch,and no shrinkage defects appeared.And no shrinkage defects were found by following the subsequent processing of the castings.
