针对性心理护理对小儿先天性心脏病术后口服地高辛的影响

Effects of Targeted Psychological Nursing on Oral Digoxin Nursing after Congenital Heart Disease in Children

目的:分析针对性心理护理对小儿先天性心脏病术后口服地高辛的影响。方法:选取我院收治的150例小儿先天性心脏病患者,随机均分为观察组(实施针对性心理护理)和对照组(实施常规护理),对两组的恢复效果(左心室射血分数及Killip分级)、术后并发症及口服地高辛不良反应、护理满意度进行对比分析。结果:观察组的恢复效果(左心室射血分数及Killip分级)、术后并发症及口服地高辛不良反应、护理满意度全面优于对照组且组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:针对性心理护理可有效提高小儿先天性心脏病患者术后恢复效果、降低术后并发症及服药不良反应率,增强医患沟通交流,建立医患配合及信任关系,有助于提高护理满意度、培养专业素质过硬的护理服务队伍,增强医院护理服务能力和核心竞争力。

Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted psychological nursing on oral digoxin nursing after congenital heart disease in children.Methods:Select our hospital 150 cases of pediatric patients with congenital heart disease,randomly were divided into observation group(implement pertinent psychological nursing)and control group(routine nursing),the effect on the recovery of two groups(left ventricular ejection fraction and Killip classification),postoperative complications and adverse reactions of oral digoxin,nursing satisfaction were analyzed.Results:The recovery effect of the observation group(left ventricular ejection fraction and Killip grading),postoperative complications and adverse reactions of oral digoxin,and nursing satisfaction were all better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were significant.Con clu sion:Pertinent psychological nursing can effectively improve the effect of pediatric patients with congenital heart disease surgery recovery,reduce the postoperative complications and the rate of drug adverse reactions,strengthen the doctorpatient communication,establish doctor-patient cooperation and trust relationship,help improve nursing satisfaction,cultivate high quality nursing service team,professional ability of hospital nursing service and core competitiveness.
