普罗帕酮联合西地兰治疗小儿心律失常的效果研究

Effect of Propafenone Combined with Cedilanid in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Children

目的:探讨研究普罗帕酮联合西地兰治疗小儿心律失常的效果。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年2月此时间段内收治的小儿心律失常患者80例,作为本次研究对象。随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予西地兰治疗,研究组给予普罗帕酮联合西地兰治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效及心率、血压水平。结果:研究组患儿临床疗效比对照组更好(P<0.05);经治疗干预,研究组患儿心率、血压值均比对照组理想(P<0.05)。结论:将普罗帕酮联合西地兰方案应用于小儿心律失常的临床治疗中,可有效地提升临床疗效,改善心率、血压水平,缓解患儿临床症状,治疗效果理想。

Objective:To study the effect of propafenone combined with Cediland in the treatment of arrhythmia in children.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,80 children with arrhythmia were selected as the study object.According to the different drug treatment plan,it is divided into control group and study group.The control group is treated with Cediland,and the study group is treated with propafenone combined with Cediland.The clinical effect,heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the heart rate and blood pressure in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of propafenone combined with Cediland in the clinical treatment of children's arrhythmia can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the level of heart rate and blood pressure,alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,and the treatment effect is ideal and can be considered universal.
