摘要
以3,5⁃二羟基苯甲酸为原料,经过酯化、加氢、酰化、重排、水解等过程得到目标产物,对反应过程中压强、溶剂等条件进行了优化.中间产物和产品的结构均经^1 H NMR和^13 C NMR进行了表征.该合成路线中所用的溶剂大多可以回收套用,中间产物不需要分离,污染小,成本低,适合工业化生产.
Prohexadione calcium was prepared using 3,5⁃dihydroxybenzoic acid as raw material,through the processes of esterification,hydrogenation,acylation,rearrangement and hydrolysis.The effects of pressure and solvent were studied.The intermediate and final products were characterized by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.Most of the solvents can be recovered and reused,and the intermediate products do not need to be separated.The process has the advantage of low⁃cost and less⁃pollution,which is suitable for industrial production.
