一种新型酸化缓蚀剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 曼尼希碱是一种性能优良的缓蚀剂,在油气井的酸化作业中被大量应用.本文以甲醛、苯乙酮、乙二胺和对二甲氨基苯甲醛为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为两相催化剂,在乙醇中同时发生曼尼希和西佛碱反应,合成了一种新型的曼尼希碱缓蚀剂,并通过正交试验优化得出最佳合成条件.采用静态挂片失重法测定其缓蚀性能,结果表明,该酸化缓蚀剂在温度90℃、腐蚀时间4 h、12%HCl+3%HF的土酸介质中、缓蚀剂加量为1%的条件下,N80钢片的腐蚀速率为2.06 g·m^-2·h^-1,具有良好的缓蚀性能,并达到行业标准中的一级指标. Mannich base is a corrosion inhibitor with excellent performance and has been widely used in acidizing operations of oil and gas wells.In this paper,a novel Mannich⁃alkali type corrosion inhibitor was reported,using formaldehyde,acetophenone,p⁃dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and ethylenediamine as raw materials,sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as two⁃phase catalyst.The acid inhibitor was obtained through the condensation of aldehyde⁃ketamine and the reaction of Schiff base in ehanol,and the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained by orthogonal tests.The corrosion inhibition performance of N80 steel sheet was measured by static coupon weightlessness method.The experimental results showed that the corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet was 2.06 g·m^-2·h^-1 at the temperature of 90℃,the corrosion time was 4 h,and the amount of corrosion inhibitor was 1%in the acidic medium of 12%HCl+3%HF.The corrosion inhibition property was excellent and reached the first⁃level index in the industry standard.
