碳量子点作为一种新型零维碳纳米材料,由于其独特的光致发光性质、良好的光诱导电荷转移性质、高化学稳定性、良好亲水性、低毒性、良好生物相容性、高耐光性,在光催化、药物载体、光电子器件、生物成像、离子检测等领域展现了巨大的应用前景,近年来引起了人们的广泛关注.文中详细介绍了碳量子点的制备、性质及应用的研究进展,并对其未来的研究方向进行了展望.

Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)are a new type of zero-dimensional carbon nanomaterials and have drawn much attention in recent years owning to their unique photoluminescence(PL),excellent electron transfer and reservoir properties,high chemical inertness,good hydrophilicity,low toxicity,good biocompatibility,and high photostability.CQDs have shown promising applications in photocatalysis,drug carrier,optoelectronic devices,bioimaging,and ion detection.In this paper,the research progress of the preparation,properties and applications of CQDs was introduced in detail,and the future research directions would be prospected.
