摘要
青年员工是企业的生力军,推进青年员工职业生涯规划工作对企业来说很有必要,它有利于企业人才战略的有效实施,可以夯实人才队伍根基。当前,部分企业的青年员工职业生涯规划工作还存在一些问题,规划管理的成效达不到预期。如何根据青年员工群体的特质,制定个性化职业生涯规划方案,是企业人力资源管理方面的一个重要课题。
In order to strengthen the reserve force of talents and enhance the competitiveness of talents in enterprises,enterprises gradually attach importance to the career planning of young employees;however,the effect of career planning of young employees in some enterprises often falls short of expectations.It has become an important subject of human resource management to carry out individualized career planning for young employees.
