当前,微信、微博、抖音等新兴社交媒体快速发展。档案学界非常关注新媒体在档案重要性宣传以及档案资源开发和管理中的应用。高校是知识传播与人才培养的高地,高校档案馆肩负着汇集和保存教学信息、科研信息、学生信息及日常活动和重大活动信息的重任。新媒体环境下,高校要大力开发数字档案资源,推进数字档案资源库建设,以激活高校档案,凸显档案的价值,促进档案的充分利用及高效利用,推动高校档案事业科学、健康发展。

With the rapid proliferation of new social media such as WeChat,Micro-blog and Tik Tok,in order to fully develop and utilize archival resources,the archival circles begin to pay close attention to the use of new media.As the position of knowledge dissemination and personnel training,the construction of digital archives resources in colleges and universities shoulders the task of collecting teaching and scientific research information,student information,daily activities and so on.Under the new media environment,the construction of archives in colleges and universities needs to be further strengthened.This paper takes the digital archives resources of colleges and universities under the new media environment as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the current stage of the digital archives resources of colleges and universities,and puts forward the construction strategies of the digital archives resources of colleges and universities under the new media environment,in order to activate the hidden value of the archives of colleges and universities,and promote the scientific and orderly development of the construction of the archives resources in colleges and universities.
