上海市校园足球精英训练营输送体系现状研究

Research on the Status Quo of Delivery System of Elite Training Camp in Shanghai Campus Football

运用实地考察等方法,对上海市校园足球精英训练营输送体系现状进行研究。结果显示:上海市现有男、女各年龄段精英训练营83个,营员共计2279人;输送体系的基本框架已经形成,但各级训练营之间的衔接有待进一步加强,其中出口不畅是最严重的问题。影响输送体系的主要因素是招生政策、家长支持、学业压力以及中等职业学校校园足球活动的缺失。建议应适当放宽足球特色学校招生政策,拓宽足球特长生的出路,构建上海“一盘棋”的整体输送体系。主要措施为:妥善解决足球特长生的文化教育问题,建立体育特长生高考升学单独报名号,大力发展中等职业学校校园足球活动。

Field investigation and other methods are used to study the status quo of delivery system of elite training camp in Shanghai campus football.The results demonstrate that there are 83 elite training camps in Shanghai at present.The camps are composed of 2279 campers of both genders and all ages.The basic framework of the transport system has been formed,but the joints between the training camps at all levels should be strengthened.The most serious problem is that the export is sluggish.The main factors affecting the delivery system are enrollment policy,parental support,academic stress and lack of campus football activities in secondary vocational schools.It is suggested to ease enrollment policy of football school properly,broaden future directions of football specialty,build an overall delivery system with connections in whole Shanghai,solve the problem in cultural education of football specialty appropriately,establish independent enrollment number in college entrance examination for sports specialty,develop campus football activities in secondary vocational school adequately.
