基于红外热成像技术观察针刺委中穴对腰骶部温度变化的影响 被引量:8

Observing the Effect of Acupuncturing at Weizhong(BL40)on Lumbosacral Temperature Changes Based on Infrared Thermography Technology

摘要 目的利用红外热成像技术观察健康人腰骶部在针刺前后的温度变化及分布规律,以进一步求证"腰背委中求"的经典理论的客观性;方法选取符合标准的25名健康受试者,将受试者腰骶部划分为6个测量区域,针刺右侧委中穴前后,应用红外热像仪依序记录其各个标记区域的温度值。结果①针刺前腰骶部温度分布均呈现为左右对称,左右两侧无统计学差异(P<0.05);②针刺后腰骶部温度皆升高,统计学差异明显(P<0.01),左右两侧平均温度无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在生理状况下,针刺委中穴可以引起腰骶部温度的明显变化,使局部温度升高,可能和"腰背委中求"经络特异性相关。可以利用红外热图像技术,研究人体经穴温度变化的表现,作为治未病及疾病治疗疗效、预后的客观依据。 Objective To observe the temperature change and distribution on lumbosacral region of healthy people before and after acupuncture with infrared thermography technology,so as to further prove the classical theory"Treating lumbar-back problems by acupuncturing Weizhong".Methods Twenty-five healthy subjects who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and the lumbosacral region of these subjects was divided into six measurement areas.The temperature of each marked region of the lumbosacral portion before and after acupuncturing at Weizhong point were recorded sequentially by the infrared thermal imager.Results(1)The temperature distribution of lumbosacral region before acupuncture showed left-right symmetry,and there was no statistical difference between left and right sides(P<0.05).(2)The lumbosacral temperature of these subjects was significantly increased after acupuncture(P<0.01),while the average temperature of left and right sides of lumbosacral region had no statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Under physiological conditions,acupuncturing at BL40 can cause significant changes in lumbosacral temperature and increase local temperature,which may be related to the specificity of the meridian of"Treating lumbar-back problems by acupuncturing Weizhong".The infrared thermography technology can be used to study the temperature change of the meridian points of the human body,which can be used as an objective basis for the curative effect and prognosis of preventive treatment and conventional treatment.
