水性环氧树脂/纳米SiO2疏水涂层的制备与表征

摘要 疏水材料的低成本化以及合成工艺简单化一直以来备受关注,本文提出了一种简单有效的疏水涂料合成方法。通过将纳米SiO2与水性环氧树脂复合得到疏水涂料,并测定了浸涂后涂层的微观形貌和接触角。结果表明:复合疏水涂层具有微纳凹凸结构。在本试验条件下,单粒径15 nm SiO2添加下制备的涂层接触角最大为141°;双粒径纳米SiO2掺杂能够有效提高涂层疏水性,涂层的最大接触角为155°;3种粒径的纳米SiO2分别在相同添加量的情况下,粒径的差异对涂层疏水效果影响不大。 The low cost of hydrophobic materials and the simplification of synthesis process always have attracted much attention.Herein,a simple and effective method for synthesizing hydrophobic coatings was proposed,we prepared a composite hydrophobic coat⁃ing by combining nano-SiO2 with waterborne epoxy resin,and also we detected the microstructure and contact angle of the coating.The results show that the hydrophobic surface has a micro-nano concave-convex structure.In this experiment,the maximum contact angle of the coating prepared by different addition of 15 nm nano-SiO2 is 141°;the double-diameter nano-SiO2 composite system is effective for improving the hydrophobicity,and the maximum contact angle is 155°;additionally,on the premise of same addition of three kinds of nano-SiO2,the difference in particle size has little effect on hydrophobicity.
