摘要
运用层次分析法评价长治学院图书馆读者满意度。首先,发放问卷对读者进行满意度调查,然后运用层次分析法对收回的数据进行统计分析,得出长治学院图书馆的读者满意度,最后对结果进行分析。
This paper used the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the reader satisfaction of Changzhi University Library.First⁃ly,we investigated the reader satisfaction by designing a questionnaire and issuing it to readers.Then,we made a statistical analysis of the collected data by using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the reader satisfaction of the library of Changzhi University was ob⁃tained and analyzed.
