热压印构筑聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微纳米线条

摘要 随着聚合物材料越来越多的被应用到生物、电子、光学器件等方面,对聚合物材料的性能研究日益受到重视。而伴随着研究的深入,许多工作者发现对聚合物进行微纳图案化会很大程度上影响聚合物各方面的性能,因此对聚合物微纳图案化手段的研究成为了聚合物领域的热点之一。文章采取热压印的方法在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)薄膜上构筑微纳米线条,原子力显微镜的扫描结果显示图案化后的PMMA薄膜表面具有明显清晰的微纳米线条结构,无塌陷、无损坏断裂并且具有一定周期性和规整性,图案化的线条在高度、周期和线宽的特征尺寸上与模板高度、周期、线宽特征尺寸具有一定吻合性。因此,文章中运用到的热压印技术对聚合物薄膜图案化加工具有一定指导意义。 As more and more polymer materials are used in biology,electronics,optical devices and so on,more and more attention has been paid to the properties of polymer materials.With the deepening of research,many workers have found that micro-nano-patterning of polymers will greatly affect the performance of polymers,so the research on micro-nano-patterning of polymers has become one of the hotspots in the field of polymers.In this paper,micro-nano lines were constructed on polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) film by hot embossing.The scanning results of atomic force microscope showed that the surface of patterned PMMA film had obvious clear micro-nano line structure,no collapse,no damage and fracture,and had certain periodicity and regularity.The feature dimensions of height,period and linewidth of patterned lines are consistent with the feature dimensions of template height,period and linewidth.Therefore,the hot embossing technology used in this paper has a certain guiding significance for the pattern processing of polymer films.
