摘要
为分离和定量分析噁虫威杀虫剂及其微胶囊的有效含量,文章采用高效液相色谱法,并通过标准曲线、精密度、检出限和加标回收率等参数对此方法进行评价。实验结果表明,在设定的高效液相色谱条件下,标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.99925,精密度为0.64%,加标回收率为104.1%,均符合要求;噁虫威标样、原药及其微胶囊有效成分萃取液三者保留时间一致,且与其他杂质峰能互相分离。
In order to isolate and quantitatively analyze the effective content of bendiocarbpesticide and its microcapsules,high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is used.The method is evaluated by parameters such as standard curve,precision,detection limit and recovery.The results show that under the set condition,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0.99925,the precision is 0.64%,the recovery is 104.1%,all meet the requirements.The retention time of bendiocarb pesticide’sstandard sample,active drug and its microcapsules’active ingredient extract are consistent and can be separated from other impurity peaks.
