摘要
初步分析和研究了SDI值对于反渗透浓缩系统的影响,包括低中压苦咸水浓缩系统和中高压海水淡化浓缩脱盐系统的影响,进而评估和预测SDI值对卤水提锂锂盐合格液溶液的反渗透浓缩系统的设计和运行性能的影响,为吸附提锂工业化生产规模的反渗透浓缩系统的设计和性能优化提供理论指导和和技术支持,具有一定指导意义。
This Article is aimed at providing the design basis of the RO system applying for the lithium salt solution concentration of the lithium salt making process from salt lake brine by adsorption technology.By analyzing and studying the effect of the SDI on the RO concentration system,in which the related data and parameters of the brackish RO and the seawater RO is predicted and measured,the article will provide the theoretical guidance and technical support for the industrial-scale manufacturing process for both the choose of the RO pretreatment process and optimization of the RO design parameters and performance,which has some certain instructive guideline value.
