摘要
空调冷凝器翅片在使用过程中部分地区出现较严重的腐蚀现象,降低了冷凝器翅片的性能和寿命。对空调冷凝器翅片的腐蚀机理和涂层的防护失效机理进行研究,通过试验与实际使用环境下的结果进行对比分析,明确了实验室经过UVB加速老化120 h后再做中性盐雾72 h的试验条件与产品的使用环境一致、机理相同,为冷凝器翅片的耐腐蚀能力的快速评价找到确定的方法和条件。
In the process of using,some parts of the fins of air conditioner condenser are corroded seriously,which reduces the performance and life of the fins.The corrosion mechanism of the fins of air conditioning condenser and the protective failure mechanism of the coating are studied.By comparing the test results with the actual application environment,it is clear that the test conditions of the 72 h of neutral salt spray in the laboratory after 120 hours of accelerated aging by UVB are the same as the application environment and the mechanism of the product,which finds out the method and conditions for the evaluation of the corrosion resistance of the condenser fins.
