当前,我国企业亟需提升产品的可靠性,但现阶段可靠性工作主要应用在国防、航天、航空和轨道交通等领域,民用产品领域可靠性工程经验积累不足。随着质量强国战略的深入开展,诸多领域的企业开始重视可靠性,希望将可靠性引入企业,咨询项目是企业引入可靠性的一种途径,通过讨论以咨询项目方式将可靠性概念引入企业的案例,得出了可靠性咨询项目有效的实施方法。
