摘要
文章对"精准医疗"一词作历史分析和实证分析,厘清其作为医学概念的内涵;再将其置于医事法学视域作法益分析,审视其所涉及的法制范围,梳理其医事法治逻辑与规制路径,期能有益于现代医事法治体系的完善。
This paper makes a historical and empirical analysis of the term"precision medicine"to clarify its medical concept and connotation,and then puts it in the perspective of medical law to conduct a legal benefit analy⁃sis,and examines the legal scope involved,combing the logic and regulation ways of medical law,expecting to be beneficial to the perfection of modern medical legal system.
