Pixel法精确测量冠脉狭窄程度之原理探究

摘要 人死后冠脉断面会由正圆形变成不规则形状,故直接测量其面积的结果会不准确,但基于冠脉内弹性膜周长不变,故可将其不规则形状转换成正圆再测量其面积,便可得准确结果;另应用PhotoShop软件读取像素值(Pixel),比传统方法(肉眼估计法)在精确度上有明显优势。本文利用统计学方法分析10例平面内不规则图形,从数学的角度证明Pixel法能精确测量冠脉狭窄程度,并介绍此方法的具体步骤,讨论其在司法鉴定实务中的意义和应用前景。 After death,the section of the coronary artery will change from a normal circle to an irregular shape,so the result of measuring its area directly will be inaccurate.However,since the perimeter of the elastic membrane inside the coronary artery remains unchanged,the irregular shape can be converted into a normal circle and then the area can be measured to obtain accurate results.In addition,PhotoShop is used to read Pixel value,which has obvi⁃ous advantages in accuracy compared with the traditional method(naked eye estimation method).In this paper,10 cases of irregular graph in plane are analyzed by statistical method,and the Pixel method is proved to be able to ac⁃curately measure the degree of coronary artery stenosis from the perspective of mathematics.The specific steps of the method are introduced,and its significance and application prospect in judicial expertise are discussed.
