论湖北省中医药地方性法规体系的构建

On the Construction of Local Legal System of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province

贯彻实施国家《中医药法》需要有相关地方性法规予以细化和落实。湖北推进中医药的地方立法、构建中医药地方性法规体系,应借鉴其他省市的相关经验、遵循中医药发展规律、结合自身特色和区域优势而依法进行。

The implementation of the national Law on Traditional Chinese Medicine requires the elaboration and implementation of relevant local regulations.To promote the local legislation of traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei Province,the construction of the local regulations system of traditional Chinese medicine should learn from the relevant experiences of other provinces and cities,follow the development rules of traditional Chinese medicine,combine their own characteristics and regional advantages,and proceed in accordance with law.
