摘要
指出了最大熵模型(MaxEnt)是以生态位理论为根基广泛应用于各个研究领域受到学者们的青睐和高度认可,为实验者的探究打开崭新的一面,介绍了Maxent模型的基本原理并对物种潜在分布的生境适宜性评价、濒危动植物保护、物种入侵、病虫害防治、在气候变化下药用植物的潜在适生区分布等领域阐述MaxEnt模型应用,对加强物种的保护与管理提供科学依据。
Maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model is based on the niche theory and is widely used in various research fields favored and highly recognized by scholars,which opens a new side to experimenters’exploration.This paper introduces the basic principle of MaxEnt model.The application of MaxEnt model is explained in the fields from the habitat suitability evaluation of potential distribution of species,endangered animal and plant protection,invasive species,plant diseases and insect pests prevention and control,and the potential suitable district distribution of medicinal plants under climate change in the areas of application MaxEnt model,which provides scientific basis for strengthening the protection and management of species.
