摘要
为解决核磁共振、微电阻率扫描和扇区水泥胶结(SBT)在水平井中测井存在的钻具输送核磁共振成像测井的湿接头总成耐高电压大电流难题、极低速测井难题和成像测井发射测量探头良好贴井壁难题,采取了一系列的技术措施。通过实施耐高电压、大电流水平井湿接头工具配套技术,水平井核磁共振成像测井发射测量探头居中技术,核磁共振成像钻具输送测井低测速控制技术,水平井成像测井发射测量探头张开程度控制及紧贴井壁技术,成功解决了水平井测井中的问题,全面拓展了水平井测井资料录取范围。经完成的15口水平井核磁及电成像测井、60口水平井SBT测井的实际应用,各项工艺技术取得了较好的效果,可以为水平井成像测井工程提供借鉴。
There are many difficulties in horizontal well logging using NMR,micro resistivity scanning and sector cement bond(SBT)logging,such as the problems of high voltage and high current resistance of wet joint assembly for drilling tool conveying nuclear magnetic resonance imaging logging,extremely low velocity logging and imaging logging transmitting probe adhering to shaft lining well.In order to solve these problems,a series of measures have been taken.Through the implementation of supporting technologies for high-voltage and high-current horizontal well wet joint tools,as well as horizontal well nuclear magnetic resonance imaging logging emission measurement probe centering technology,nuclear magnetic resonance imaging drilling tool delivery logging low speed control technology and horizontal well imaging logging emission measurement probe opening degree control and close to the well wall technology,the problems in horizontal well logging are solved successfully,and the scope of horizontal well logging data acquisition is expanded comprehensively.After completing the practical application of nuclear magnetic and electrical imaging logging of 15 horizontal wells and SBT logging of 60 horizontal wells,various process technologies have achieved good results.This paper summarizes the imaging logging technology of horizontal well drilling tool(tubing)transportation,which can provide a reference for the imaging logging engineering of horizontal wells.
