2020版EAU膀胱癌指南更新解读之三——上尿路尿路上皮癌诊疗进展

The update interpretation of 2020 EAU guidelines on bladder cancer(Part Ⅲ)——upper tract urothelial carcinoma

2020年版欧洲泌尿外科学会上尿路尿路上皮癌的最新诊疗指南近期发布,相较于既往版本在以下方面进行了更新:①在致病因素和患者评估中强调了对于马兜铃酸和Lynch综合征的关注;②对肌层侵犯患者的治疗中强调了淋巴结清扫、围手术期化疗的意义;③针对转移性疾病的治疗列出了最新证据并推荐了相关治疗方案。本文针对该版指南中的一些更新重点问题进行介绍和解读。

It has been recently published for the 2020 version guideline of Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma(UTUC)by European Association of Urology(EAU),and there’re several updates to compare with the previous versions:①The exposure to the aristolochic acid should be evaluated and patients with the Lynch syndrome are at risk for UTUC;②A template-based lymphadenectomy and the peri-operative chemotherapy are important in treating patients with muscle-invasive UTUC;③Recent evidences have been demonstrated for treatment of the metastatic disease and the first-and second-line treatments are proposed.This paper is to introduce and summarize the main changing points of the guideline.
