积极应对方式与大学生职业生涯探索的关系:基本心理需要满足的中介作用

Mediational role of basic psychological needs satisfaction in the relation between positive coping style and career exploration of college students

目的:考察大学生积极应对方式、基本心理需要满足与职业生涯探索的关系。方法:采用积极应对方式量表、基本心理需要满足以及职业生涯探索量表对444名大学生进行测量。结果:①相关分析表明,积极应对方式与基本心理需要满足、职业生涯探索呈显著正相关(r=0.44,0.28;P<0.01),基本心理需要满足与职业生涯探索呈显著正相关(r=0.42,P<0.01);②结构方程模型分析表明,积极应对方式对职业生涯探索的直接效应显著(β=0.51,P<0.001),基本心理需要满足在积极应对方式与大学生职业生涯探索之间起完全中介作用(Bootstrap的值为0.38,95%的置信区间为0.277~0.515)。结论:积极应对方式可以直接预测大学生职业生涯探索,又可通过基本心理需要满足间接影响大学生职业生涯探索。

Objective:To explore the relationship among positive coping style,basic psychological needs satisfaction and career exploration in college students.Methods:A total of 444 college students were investigated with positive coping style questionnaire,basic psychological needs scale,career exploration questionnaire.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that positive coping style was positively related to basic psychological needs satisfaction and career exploration(r=0.44,0.28,P<0.01),and basic psychological needs satisfaction were positively related to career exploration(r=0.42,P<0.01).② Structural equation modeling analysis showed that positive coping style could directly influence career exploration(β=0.51,P<0.001)and basic psychological needs satisfaction mediated the effect of positive coping style on college students’ career exploration(Bootstrap values were 0.38,and 95% confidence intervals were 0.277-0.515).Conclusion:Positive coping style can directly influence career exploration of college students,as well as through influencing basic psychological needs satisfaction,ultimately influence career exploration of college students.
