“00后”大学生积极应对方式、人格特质与领悟社会支持的关系

Mediation of perceived social support in personality traits and positive coping style among post-2000 college students

目的:探究领悟社会支持在"00后"大学生积极应对方式和人格特质间的作用,为提升"00后"大学生积极应对能力提供依据。方法:采用中国大五人格问卷简版、领悟社会支持量表、简易应对方式量表,以方便抽样的方法对湖南某高校545名"00后"大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①责任心、宜人性、开放性、外倾性与积极应对方式均呈正相关(r=0.40,0.43,0.45,0.39;P<0.01),神经质与积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.18,P<0.01);领悟社会支持与积极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.01);②领悟社会支持、开放性、责任心、宜人性可显著正向预测积极应对(β=0.29,0.22,0.14,0.11;P<0.05);③领悟社会支持在外倾性、神经质与积极应对方式中均起完全中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的41.67%、40%。领悟社会支持在宜人性与积极应对方式中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的50%。结论:领悟社会支持在"00后"大学生积极应对方式与人格特质间有显著中介效应。

Objective:To explore mediating effect of perceived social support on positive coping style and personality traits in post-2000 college students,and to provide reference for promoting post-2000 college students’ positive coping ability.Methods:A total of 545 post-2000 college students were tested by CBF-PI Brief Version,Perceived Social Support Scaleand Coping StyleScale.Results:①Conscientiousness,agreeableness,openness and extraversion were positively correlated with positive coping style(r=0.40,0.43,0.45,0.39;P<0.01).Neuroticism was negatively correlated with positive coping style(r=-0.18,P<0.01).Perceived social support was positively correlated with positive coping style(r=0.42,P<0.01).②Perceived social support,openness,conscientiousness,agreeableness signifi-cantly positively predicted positive coping style(β=0.29,0.22,0.14,0.11;P<0.05).③Perceived social support had a complete mediating effect on the influence of extraversion and neuroticism on positive coping style,accounting for 41.67% and 40% of the total effect,and had a partial mediating effect on the influence of agreeableness on positive coping style,accounting for 50% of the total effect.Conclusion:The mediate effect of perceived social support on positive coping style and personality traits in post-2000 college students is significant.
