百合的临床应用及用量探究

通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出百合具有以下特点:临床用量为内服5.55~60 g,外用可达65 g。根据疾病、证型、症状,寻求百合最佳用量,如百合养阴清肺,润燥止咳,治疗久嗽、耳鼻喉急慢性炎症等,剂量范围为5.55~30 g;养阴清心,宁心安神,治疗百合病、克山病、不寐病、胃脘痛、小儿癫痫等,剂量范围为内服10~60 g,外用可达65 g。根据疾病、证型、症状,寻求最佳配伍,如养阴清肺,润燥止咳,可配伍款冬花、百部、麦冬、生地黄、玄参等;养阴清心,宁心安神,可配伍知母、滑石、代赭石、鸡子黄、生地黄等。

Through collecting the clinical experience from ancient medical literatures and modern doctors,we concluded that Baihe (lily bulb) has the following characteristics.The clinical dosage of Baihe is 5.55-60 g for internal use and 65 g for external use.According to the diseases,syndrome and symptoms,we seek the optimal dosage of Baihe.When in the treatment of chronic cough,acute or chronic otolaryngitis,hydrothorax and ascites,Baihe plays a role in nourishing yin,clearing lung,and moistening dryness cough,and Baihe’s dose range is 5.55-30 g.When in the treatment of baihe disease,Keshan disease,insomnia,epigastric pain,children epilepsy and other diseases,Baihe plays the role of nourishing yin,calming heart and tranquilizing mind,and the dose range of Baihe is 10-60 g for internal use,and up to 65 g for external use.According to diseases,syndromes and symptoms,we seek the best compatibility of Baihe.When Baihe is compatible with Kuandong (common coltsfoot flower),Baibu (stemona root),Maidong (dwarf lilyturf tuber),Shengdihuang (unprocessed rehmannia root) and Xuanshen (figwort root),it can play the role of nourishing yin,clearing lung,moistening dryness and relieving cough.When Baihe is compatible with Zhimu (common anemarrhena rhizome),Huashi (talc),Daizheshi (ruddle),Shengdihuang (unprocessed rehmannia root),it can play the role of nourishing yin and calming heart for tranquillization.
