Xie Jingri’s experience in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with Tong method

谢晶日教授认为,胃食管反流病的病机关键在于饮食阻胃、肝气犯胃、六郁交阻而致的脏腑气机失调,胃食管反流病的病位在食管和胃,与肝、胆、脾密切相关。临证治疗胃食管反流病时,强调立足于调畅脏腑气机,重用通法,进一步提出"通法三步曲"即:消食和胃法、疏肝健脾法、开郁散结法,将此法贯穿本病治疗的始终,并结合心理疗法和调摄饮食。

Professor Xie Jingri believes that the key to the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease is the dysfunction of the organs caused by diet blocking stomach,liver qi invading stomach,six depression combination.The disease is located in esophagus and stomach and is closely related to liver,gallbladder and spleen.In the treatment of this disease,Professor Xie emphasized that it was based on the smooth visceral qi,he emphasized Tong method,and further put forward the "three steps of Tong method",that is,digesting food to regulating stomach,soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,eliminating stasis and dissipating phlegm,combined with psychotherapy and diet adjustment.
