保肾通络方联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Application of Baoshen Tongluo Formula and Valsartan Capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨保肾通络方联合缬沙坦胶囊在治疗糖尿病肾病患者中的应用及对患者肾功能的影响。方法将200例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。2组均进行基础降糖、降压、降脂治疗,对照组予缬沙坦治疗,观察组联合保肾通络方治疗。连续治疗2个月后观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎性因子水平、肾功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为89.00%(89/100),高于对照组为77.00%(77/100)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疲乏无力、浮肿、面色晦暗、夜尿频数等中医证候积分评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),炎性因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均低于对照组(P<0.05),肾功能指标尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAE)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),MAP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保肾通络方联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病患者,能够改善患者的各项症状,降低中医证候积分、炎性因子水平,改善患者的肾功能指标,且治疗安全性良好。

Objective To study the application of Baoshen Tongluo Formula combined with Valsartan Capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its effect on renal function.Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases each.The two groups were treated with basic hypoglycemic,hypotensive and lipid-lowering therapy.The control group was treated with Valsartan,while the observation group was treated with Baoshen Tongluo Decoction.After 2 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,inflammatory factor level,renal function index and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.00% (89/100),higher than 77.00% (77/100) of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms including fatigue,edema,dim complexion and nocturia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr,UAE and β2-MG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the level of MAP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Baoshen Tongluo Decoction combined with Valsartan Capsule is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.It can improve the symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,improve the renal function index of patients,and has good treatment safety.
