安胃汤治疗脾虚夹湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

Effect of Anwei Decoction on chronic superficial gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome

目的探讨自拟安胃汤联合标准三联疗法治疗脾虚夹湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎Hp阳性患者临床疗效。方法回顾性分析60例脾虚夹湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎Hp阳性患者,分为对照组和观察组。对照组予标准三联疗法治疗,观察组予自拟安胃汤联合标准三联疗法。结果治疗后临床疗效观察组(93.33%,28/30)显著高于对照组(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床证候积分值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+含量明显高于对照组,CD8^+含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应(P>0.05)。结论自拟安胃汤联合标准三联疗法治疗脾虚夹湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎Hp阳性患者疗效明显。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Anwei Decoction combined with standard triple therapy for Hp-positive patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat type,so as to provide reference for clinical application.Methods A total of 60 patients with Hp-positive chronic superficial gastritis were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes (control group and experimental group).The control group received standard triple therapy,while the experimental group received self-made Anwei Decoction combined with standard triple therapy.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 93.33% (28/30),which was significantly higher than 73.33% (24/30) of the control group (P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the content of CD3^+ and CD4^+ in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the content of CD8^+ in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment period in both groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Anwei Decoction combined with standard triple therapy for Hp-positive patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat type has remarkable curative effect.
